Mythical Zoans are among the rarest powers in the One Piece series. Their users can take the form of legendary creatures while gaining special abilities that normal Zoans simply cannot offer, from Marco’s healing flames to Luffy’s strange Gear 5 powers.
The Elbaf Arc has made this group even more interesting, with new Mythical Zoans showing just how wild these fruits can be. Based on the abilities, major feats, and overall fighting power, here are the 10 strongest users still alive in 2026.
10. Onimaru’s Mythical Zoan Turns Him Into a Fearsome Warrior

Onimaru may not be the strongest fighter here, but his Devil Fruit is still pretty unusual. The Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Onyudo allows the fox to transform into the giant warrior Gyukimaru.
Fans saw his fighting skills during the Wano Arc when he crossed paths with Zoro. However, Zoro eventually proved to be on another level. With fewer major feats than everyone above him, Onimaru takes the 10th spot.
9. Devon’s Nine-Tailed Fox Makes Her the Perfect Impostor

Catarina Devon has one of the most useful Devil Fruits among the Blackbeard Pirates. Her Inu Inu no Mi, Model: Kyubi no Kitsune lets her copy the appearance of another person after touching them.
The power became even more dangerous during the Egghead Arc. In One Piece Chapter 1107, Devon touched Saint Saturn after reaching him, potentially giving her the ability to take the appearance of one of the Five Elders. Still, Devon has not shown enough raw fighting power to rank above the stronger Mythical Zoan users here, so No. 9 fits her current position.
8. Momonosuke’s Dragon Powers Give Him Massive Potential

Momonosuke’s artificial Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryu, gives him the power to become an Azure Dragon. Vegapunk created the fruit from Kaido’s Lineage Factor, and although he considered the experiment a failure because of its pink color, the fruit itself turned out to be incredibly powerful.
Momo slowly learned to control it during the Wano Arc. He learned to create Flame Clouds, use Bolo Breath, and eventually help stop Onigashima from falling. Still, Momonosuke is far less experienced than the fighters above him, which is why we are ranking him 8th.
7. Marco’s Phoenix Powers Make Him Almost Impossible to Kill

Marco’s Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Phoenix is one of the best examples of how useful a Mythical Zoan transformation can be. His blue flames allow him to recover from serious injuries and even help heal other people. His Phoenix form also gives him flight and lets him move quickly around the battlefield.
Marineford showed how difficult Marco was to put down when he repeatedly confronted powerful Marines. Years later, he remained a major threat during the Wano Arc, where he helped hold back King and Queen and supported the alliance throughout the raid. His healing abilities make him extremely hard to wear down, and that gives him the edge over Momonosuke.
6. Yamato’s Wolf Form Makes Her a Monster in Battle

Yamato’s Inu Inu no Mi, Model: Okuchi no Makami, gives her the form of a powerful divine wolf. Along with boosting her physical abilities, the fruit gives Yamato ice-based powers that make her even more dangerous in close combat.
Her biggest feat came during the Wano Arc when she fought Kaido alone. Marco may have better recovery abilities, but Yamato is much more dangerous, which puts her at No. 6.
5. Killingham Can Turn Nightmares Into Real Monsters

Killingham’s Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Kirin (Qilin), is one of the strangest Mythical Zoans seen in One Piece. The fruit allows him to put people to sleep and turn their dreams and fears into real creatures.
The recent Elbaf chapters also showed that his power can go much further. In One Piece Chapter 1182, Killingham accidentally brought Zaza, the Rain God, who was powerful enough to cause massive flooding. This makes Killingham much more dangerous than someone who simply has strong physical attacks, which is why he ranks above Yamato despite being less impressive in a simple one-on-one fight.
4. Sengoku’s Buddha Fruit Packs Massive Destructive Power

Sengoku’s Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Daibutsu is one of the earliest Mythical Zoans revealed in One Piece. It allows him to become a huge golden Buddha and fire powerful shockwaves from his palms.
He showed just how destructive the fruit could be during the Marineford War and was strong enough to damage the Blackbeard Pirates. Killingham has more unusual abilities, but Sengoku’s proven combat record is enough to keep him above.
3. The Gorosei Are Almost Impossible to Kill

The Gorosei are a strange case in this ranking because their monstrous powers often do not behave like normal Devil Fruits. Still, their Yokai-like forms place them among the most powerful supernatural users currently active. The surviving Elders are Saint Topman Warcury, Saint Ethanbaron V. Nusjuro, Saint Marcus Mars, and Saint Shepherd Ju Peter.
The Egghead Arc showed why they deserve such a high position. Their regeneration is perhaps their biggest advantage, as the Straw Hats and their allies repeatedly struggled to keep them down. That gives the surviving Elders a major advantage over Sengoku.
2. Luffy Has Turned Nika’s Power Into Something Unstoppable

Luffy’s Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika, is easily one of the strongest Devil Fruits in the entire series. For most of the story, Luffy believed he had eaten the Gomu Gomu no Mi. One Piece Chapter 1044 finally revealed the fruit’s true identity and awakened its full power, giving him the Gear 5 form.
Gear 5 allows Luffy to fight with incredible freedom. He has already used it against several major enemies. However, Luffy is placed at No. 2 because he still seems to have more room to grow. He has not yet reached the full peak of Nika’s power.
1. Loki’s Nidhoggr Makes Him a Nightmare to Fight

Loki’s Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Nidhöggr, is one of the most impressive Mythical Zoans introduced in the Elbaf Arc. The fruit is considered legendary by the giants, and its power turns Loki into the largest dragon in the world. His Ancient Giant body makes the transformation even more enormous, while Ragnir adds another dangerous weapon to his arsenal.
Later Elbaf events have only made the comparison with Luffy more interesting. Luffy has Nika’s power, but Loki’s legendary fruit, Ancient Giant body, and Ragnir give him the more complete package right now. That is why the Elbaf prince takes the No. 1 spot.
