The Honourable Attorney-General of Ondo State, Dr. Olukayode Ajulo, OON, SAN, FCIArb. UK, has released a press statement regarding the recent Supreme Court judgment in Suit No: SC/CV/343/2004 – Attorney General of the Federation v. Attorney General of Abia State & 35 Ors, delivered on July 11, 2024.
In his statement, Dr. Ajulo emphasized the significance of the judgment to the legal system and the country as a whole. He assured the public that his office is diligently working to obtain the Certified True Copy of the judgment and the enrolled Order from the Supreme Court to thoroughly study its contents and implications.
