What If…? is a TV show about the ever-expanding multiverse of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and the variants of various characters that exist in it. It’s no wonder that the show’s finale episode, Season 3 Episode 8, features cameos by quite a few of these variants, helping the show explore all the possibilities of the MCU one last time.

The main plot line of the What If…? Season 3 finale revolves around Captain Peggy Carter, Kahhori, Byrdie, and Storm’s attempt to rescue the Watcher / Uatu, and the episode features brief appearances of the variants of the four heroes. Further, toward the end of the episode, several other variants make appearances as Uatu narrates how a single choice can lead to the creation of infinite realities where new phenomena beyond our comprehension can exist.
