
Wike’s son Jordan called to bar


Jordan Wike, son of the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has officially been called to the Nigerian bar as a legal practitioner, joining the ranks of newly qualified lawyers in the country.

The ceremony took place on Tuesday, September 23, at the Nigerian Law School in Abuja, where Jordan was among the latest batch of aspiring legal practitioners formally admitted to practice law in Nigeria.
Minister Wike participated in the event procession alongside members of the Body of Benchers, the prestigious regulatory body responsible for the call to bar process.

Sharing images from the ceremony on social media, Wike’s media aide, Lere Olayinka, wrote:
“Minister, Nyesom Wike, joined other members of the Body of Benchers in a procession at the Call to Bar ceremony today. His son, Jordan, is among the aspiring legal practitioners to be called to bar today. Happy Dad and Mum. FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, his wife, Justice Eberechi Suzzette Wike, with their son, Jordan, who is to be called to bar today.”
