Paramount Pictures has released the first Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Chrome Alone 2 — Lost in New Jersey clip, previewing the upcoming short film set in the world of TMNT: Mutant Mayhem.
What happens in the TMNT: Chrome Alone 2 footage?
The new clip shows the quartet walking through the streets of a wintry New York City all while debating what to buy Splinter for Christmas. Before they can decide, they see a commercial for toys based on their likeness on a TV in a shop’s window and decide they have to go to New Jersey to get to the bottom of it.

Taking place in the same universe as 2023’s Mutant Mayhem, Chrome Alone 2 will see the brothers traveling to New Jersey for the first time. Along the way, they’ll go up against a “mysterious toy company:” that “exploits the turtles’ newfound fame” and stumble upon a “shocking discovery” along the way.
The short film sees the cast of Mutant Mayhem returning, with Nicolas Cantu as Leonardo, Micah Abbey as Donatello, Brady Noon as Raphael, and Shamon Brown Jr. as Michelangelo. Further casting information is unavailable as of now.
It’s unclear exactly where the short film takes place in the timeline of the world that Mutant Mayhem has created. A sequel to Mutant Mayhem has already been greenlit and will release on September 17, 2027, with Shredder said to be the main antagonist of the movie.
