Tessa Thompson has acted with a ton of stars across her time in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but would still like to have a crossover with one specific character.
What MCU character would Tessa Thompson want to act alongside?
Speaking to Perri Nemiroff during a recent appearance on Collider Ladies Night, Thompson was asked about the plethora of characters she’d like to see Valkyrie get to act with. The actress then brought up Sebastian Stan and his character, Bucky Barnes, as someone with whom she’d like to work with.
As for why, Thompson noted that she’s just a big fan of Stan, and whether or not she gets to work in the MCU, she would love to get to work with him in one form or another.
“I don’t know what his character would bring out in me, necessarily, but I just really love Sebastian,” said Thompson. “We really want to make something together eventually. It might not be in the MCU, but I just think he’s such a tremendous actor, and it would be so fun to get to play with him.”
Thompson has appeared in a litany of Marvel Cinematic Universe projects. Most recently, she starred opposite Brie Larson and Teyonah Parris in 2023’s The Marvels. It’s unclear whether or not Thompson will star in the upcoming Avengers: Doomsday, however, so her next appearance in the MCU remains mysterious.
