The Spider-Man 4 teaser trailer has a rumored release date.

Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures’ Spider-Man 4, also known as Spider-Man: Brand New Day, is currently in production. Directed by Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings’ Destin Daniel Cretton, the movie will once again see Tom Holland reprise his role as Peter Parker/Spider-Man. It arrives in United States theaters next summer.

When is the Spider-Man 4 teaser trailer supposedly being released?

According to TrailerTrack, the first teaser trailer for Spider-Man: Brand New may be shown in front of James Cameron and 20th Century Studios’ Avatar: Fire and Ash. That movie arrives on December 19, 2025.

This is not confirmation that a Spider-Man: Brand New Day teaser trailer will definitely be shown in front of Avatar: Fire and Ash, as the TrailerTrack account says that they’re “only hearing rumblings of the release schedule with contacts and nothing more confirmed at this time.”

There have been rumors that an Avengers: Doomsday trailer could arrive in front of Brand New Day, which is reportedly “still possible.” Rumors that a trailer for Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey, which also stars Holland, will play before Cameron’s movie have additionally emerged.

In addition to Holland, the cast of Marvel’s Spider-Man 4 includes Zendaya as Michelle “MJ” Jones-Watson, Jacob Batalon as Ned Leeds, Jon Bernthal as Frank Castle/Punisher, Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner/Hulk, Michael Mando as Mac Gargan/Scorpion, and Marvin Jones III as Lonnie Lincoln/Tombstone, while Stranger Things’ Sadie Sink, The Bear’s Liza Colón-Zayas, and Severance’s Trammel Tillman have all been cast in undisclosed roles.

Official plot details for Brand New Day remain heavily under wraps at this time. The movie arrives on July 31, 2026, as part of Phase 6 of the MCU. Avengers: Doomsday follows on December 18, 2026, while Avengers: Secret Wars will then be released on December 17, 2027.
