Real Madrid have continued to navigate a challenging spell in the season as injuries pile up across key areas of the squad

The latest team report from Valdebebas paints a mixed picture for Xabi Alonso, who has been forced to rotate heavily due to absences in defence, midfield, and goalkeeping positions. With important fixtures looming across La Liga and the Champions League, the injury situation has become one of the club’s biggest concerns.

The defensive department remains the hardest hit, with several senior figures still unavailable or only partially fit. This has not only limited Madrid’s options at the back but has also disrupted the team’s rhythm and stability, forcing tactical adjustments in recent matches.
