Chris Evans openly talked about his lesser-known work in the film industry

Chris Evans is a big name in the film industry, thanks to his iconic role as Captain America. But little did his fans know about his lesser-known films which he did during the initial phase of his career. When Evans made a debut in the film industry, he was desperate to get the work. At that time he was offered the teen-comedy film, Not Another Teen Movie. During an interview with GQ, Evans said,

“At that time, I would’ve taken any movie. But yeah, to be able to spoof some of those films that I grew up on was a treat.”

The film failed to make any impact on the audience. Despite the film being a big flop, Evans does not regret appearing in the film. During another interview with Esquire, Evans shared that he never considered the movie as an ‘artistic compromise’, instead he was thrilled to be a part of it. He said,

“You do what you gotta do to earn your stripes. At the time, I was so thrilled to be a part of the movie, it didn’t even cross my mind that it was some sort of, like, an artistic compromise or something. I thought it was hilarious at the time”

Since then, the actor has appeared in numerous films, proving his impeccable acting skills over time.
