Mckenna Grace could be returning to the MCU in a new role, according to a new rumor. The report comes as Marvel continues to expand its roster of characters across upcoming projects.

The post does not reveal which character Grace could portray. It also does not provide details about the project connected to the reported role. The report remains unverified and has not been confirmed by Marvel Studios or Grace.
Grace already has a connection to the MCU through Captain Marvel. If accurate, the report would mean Grace is being considered for a different MCU role.
Who did Mckenna Grace play in Captain Marvel?
Grace played young Carol Danvers in Captain Marvel, with Brie Larson portraying Carol as an adult. Grace’s character is credited as Young Carol, 13 Years Old.
Captain Marvel was Marvel Studios’ first film centered on a female superhero and gave Grace a role in an important moment for the MCU. The 2019 movie follows Carol as she discovers her past and becomes one of the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s most powerful heroes. The film is set in the 1990s, years before many major MCU events.
The actress has since taken on several major film and television roles outside the MCU. Her recent credits include Scream 7 and the upcoming Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping.
Grace plays Maysilee Donner in the new Hunger Games movie, which is based on Suzanne Collins’ 2025 novel. The film follows a young Haymitch Abernathy during the 50th Hunger Games, also known as the Second Quarter Quell.
As of now, there is no official word on Grace joining another MCU project. Any new character details remain unconfirmed until Marvel announces them.
