Lady wanted after allegedly vandalizing Lekki Airbnb

Nigerian lady accused of vandalizing an Airbnb property after a dispute over the air conditioning.

The incident was reported on the micro blogging platform, X by @Joiceoflagos.

It was gathered from @Joiceoflagos’s report that the lady had rented an Airbnb but complained of the AC not cooling enough.

When the electrician came and checked the machine out, he had found no problem.

However, the lady had insisted that she wanted another apartment, upon which she was informed that none was available at the moment.

When she left the next morning, they found that she had vandalized their chairs by writing on them, as well as slashing the bed frames and decorative walls.

While she was there, she called them to tell them that there’s a fault with the A.C, that it wasn’t cooling properly
When the electrician got there and checked, he saw that there was nothing wrong with the A.C, that it was because of the heat in the environment which was why the A.C wasn’t cooling…..

So they met her and told since the a.c isn’t cooling because of the heat that they can change her to a different apartment
She refused, she said she can’t go to a different apartment that she had a shoot
Throughout the afternoon she said nothing to them, in the evening she called them and told them she can’t stay in the apartment again that the AC isn’t still cooling
Then they told her there wasn’t any apartment available again, that the apartment they wanted to take her to was taken
She stayed through the night then left the following morning…..

They went for inspection in the morning, only for them to see that she wrote on their chairs, spoilt their art and bed frame before she left

It’s possible for an AC to not cool properly because of how hot the weather can be
But there isn’t an excuse yeah, she was offered to be taken to their other apartment but she refused”
